The “Borc de Roe” #socialhousing initiative was officially opened by the @Fondo Housing Sociale FVG. This residential complex consists of 46 new homes and a large internal courtyard with services for the community of residents, for which Archest handled the entire planning process including site supervision.
The project features: “Casaclima A” certification, multiple solutions for energy saving and acoustic comfort, the use of innovative and recyclable materials and technology, all designed with the ultimate aim of minimising maintenance costs. The buildings were entirely constructed using a prefabricated system in PEFC certified #wood. The complex is currently the tallest building in FVG built with this technology.
The work by Fondo Housing Sociale FVG, managed by Finint SGR and authorised by CDP Immobiliare SGR S.p.A. (Gruppo Cassa Depositi e Prestiti), was carried out by @ICOP and entailed an investment of approximately 8 million euros.
