Conservation work has begun at Casa Cavour, a historic building in the heart of Udine, which will restore the building to the city through the creation of 16 exclusive housing units and commercial/business space on the ground floor, over a total area of 5,400 sq m.

The work, supported by Aquileia Capital Services, includes the architectural redesign of the interior and exterior spaces, structural improvements, consolidation of the facades and a total energy overhaul of the entire building, while aiming to accentuate the building’s period features and unique characteristics.

Archest dealt with the preliminary, definitive and executive planning stages on behalf of the current owners, Immobiliare Stampa, and is now handling site supervision.
