Archest took part in the Premio Templum event yesterday, where the best projects of emerging Italian architects were awarded, to be published in the first edition of the volume ArchitettItaliani, edited by CASA EDITRICE RDE.
Held in Rome in the famous Promoteca hall in Campidoglio, the award ceremony was also an opportunity for discussion with institutions and insiders. In fact, two round tables were organised, entitled respectively ‘Restoration of historical centres and urban redevelopment for economic and social development’ and ‘Sustainable architecture and infrastructure for a new concept of living’.
The first thematic meeting was addressed by Francesco Miceli, President of the National Council of Architects, Paola Marone, President of Federcostruzioni, Barbara Casagrande, Director General of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, and Donato Luciano, Deputy Chief of Cabinet of the Ministry of Culture.
In the second round table, the aforementioned Miceli was followed by reports by Carlo Doglioni, President of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology, Enrico Pujia, Head of the Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, Armando Zambrano, President of the National Council of the Order of Engineers.
Vittorio Sgarbi, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Culture, closed the day’s proceedings.
