Yesterday the meeting for the presentation of the New Grado thermal baths was held in the presence of the Regional Councillor Sergio Emidio Bini, the Mayor Claudio Kovatsch, the General Manager of PromoTurismoFVG Antonio Bravo and Stefano Costantini of Archest.

The overall intervention has a value of 22,5 million and provides the recovery of the existing structure and the construction of a new building. The new construction will have eight indoor and outdoor swimming pools with sea water and different temperatures, children’s pools, beauty and fitness centres, wellness, SPA, gym, restaurants, and bistro.

Archest handled all stages of the architectural and structural design in addition to managing the works. As the leading company of the consortium, Archest has worked with other engineering firms and experts in various fields, including: @Dejaco+partners @ALBERTO APOSTOLI @thermostudio @VONLUTZ @Deerns and @Geomok.

Archest will also plan the two-storey car park with a capacity of about 250 parking spaces and a value of 3,5 million.
