Casa Cavour has finally been returned to the city! Yesterday evening the Open House party was held for the inauguration of this historic building located in the heart of Udine, the subject of a major conservative renovation project, promoted by Aquileia Capital Services S.r.l., which led to the construction of 16 exclusive flats and commercial spaces on the ground floor, respecting and enhancing the historical features and peculiarities of the building.
Archest, on behalf of Immobiliare Stampa, owner of the building, took care of the architectural redesign of all the interior and exterior spaces, the structural improvement project, the redevelopment of the façades, and the building’s energy efficiency, following all the phases from the preliminary, final, and executive design, to the supervision of works
