The second day of “Città in Scena”, the first urban regeneration festival promoted by Fondazione Musica per Roma, Ance, Associazione mecenate 90 and CIDAC with Intesa Sanpaolo and Deloitte as Main Sponsors, took place yesterday in Rome. In the afternoon, Lucio Asquini presented ‘Experimental City’, an urban regeneration project involving the recovery of the outdoor spaces and buildings of a 10-hectare barracks located on the outskirts of Udine. Archest collaborated with the municipal administration and other planners to develop the masterplan, then developed the designs and supervised the construction management of a series of works including: a social housing building with 80 flats, a co-housing building and a multifunctional centre.
