The new district of Cloche d\’Or, on the outskirts of the city center of Luxembourg, will host an important shopping mall that will satisfy the needs of the residents, workers of the area and young people who will attend the School and the Lycée Français de Luxembourg nearby. The project also involves the design of two exclusive residential towers with 14 floors: on the ground floor of each residential block there is a multitude of shops, easily accessible.
The shopping center: The shopping center fits perfectly into the overall architectural aesthetics of the neighborhood, with new 130 stores in addition to the Auchan hypermarket. In the new structure there will be a variety of shops, clothing stores, beauty, health, wellness, culture and equipment. From restaurants, bars and cafes you can enjoy an exceptional view of Luxembourg’s city, closed to the \”Zenith\” towers that are on top of the shopping center. \”Zenith 21\” and \”Zenith 23\”, 60 meters height, are placed in the heart of the district.
Zenith: The apartments are surrounded by greenery and a relaxing atmosphere, they are carefully designed in a minimalist aesthetic, with precious materials, offering also a breathtaking view of the park and the horizon thanks to the 360 ° orientation.
The façades’ cladding is made of natural stone, the black granite of Zimbabwe, also known as Zimbabwe marble, very popular in modern architecture thanks to the beauty of its black color, this noble stone gives to the building a precious and luxurious appearance. It is also exceptionally hard that gives particularly resistance to cuts and humidity.
With green roofs the architecture, the district combines urban life and peaceful scenery.
